Pickup and Delivery Policy
At Suga Bee Cupcakery, we take pride in creating beautiful and delicious cakes and cupcakes, and we want your experience—from order to pickup or delivery—to be smooth and enjoyable. Please review our policy below to understand how we handle orders, timing, and responsibilities.
Pickup Policy
All orders for pickup must be scheduled in advance. Pickup is available at our designated location in Port Neches, Texas, and you will receive a confirmation email with the exact pickup date and time once your order is finalized.
Please arrive on time to ensure freshness and quality. If you are running late, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Orders not picked up within 1 hour of the scheduled time may be considered abandoned and are non-refundable.
Please handle your cake or cupcakes with care. Once the order leaves our premises, we are no longer responsible for any damage that may occur during transport or handling.
Delivery Policy
Local delivery may be available for an additional fee based on distance and availability. Delivery areas include but are not limited to Mid-County area of Southeast Texas, and availability may vary depending on order volume and scheduling.
Delivery times will be scheduled in advance and confirmed with you via email or text. We require someone to be present at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available, we will attempt to contact you. After 10 minutes with no response, the delivery will be considered complete, and the item will be left at your doorstep (if safe) or returned. Re-delivery is subject to an additional fee.
Once delivery is completed or the product is left at the location as agreed, Suga Bee Cupcakery is not responsible for the condition of the items.
Changes & Cancellations
To request changes to your pickup or delivery time, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee changes requested with less notice.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to pickup or delivery may be eligible for a partial refund. Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our products.
