Payment Policy

An initial payment of 50% of the total order price is requested to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup or delivery. 

 

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup/delivery date/time will result in the forfeiture of the 50% initial payment which will serve as the cancellation fee. 

 

Rescheduling is allowed at no additional cost, provided proper notification is given (as determined by Suga Bee Cupcakery) and we are able to accommodate the new date.

 

Requests for changes to order details (flavors, design, quantity, etc.) will be flexible as long as we both come to an agreement on the changes at least 72 hours prior to the pickup/delivery date.  Additional charges may apply.
